no spots in ftd

Hi all,
 
I've installed FTD3.8.5, created an account. When I click the Update button it starts receiving packets, but when it's finished I see no spots at all. There is no category with a number (xxx) behind it.
 
Did I forget a config step?

if you have vista or window7 then try to install and open as adminstrator

Or install in a different folder than "program files", i.e. "C:\FTD"
