newsleecher question

new to this but had a friend come by and give me a crash course on how to dl and burn. problem is...i forgot and he wont be back for a while. so i dl a movie from newsleecher but now im lost so if anyone can help out i would app. it alot. also if i posted in wrong place forgive me.   thanks for any help!
